Can I recycle used Bare Republic products?

Yes! Most Bare Republic products are recyclable. 

How To Recycle Our SPF Sprays & Sprayers

Because our sprays use bag-on-valve technology, they are highly recyclable! 

Step 1: Enjoy and use ALL of your SPF spray. 

Step 2: Once the spray can is completely empty, take the product to your local recycling center.

Note: We do not recommend disassembling the spray. 

How To Recycle Our Lotion Tubes 

Our tubes are made of sustainably sourced sugar-cane resin, which is 100% recyclable! 

Step 1: Cut off the top of the tube. 

Step 2: Completely wash and rinse inside and outside of the tube. 

Step 3: Separate the tube from the cap and take it to your local recycling center. 

How to recycle our Vanilla-Coco Sunscreen Stick, Our Baby Soft Stick, and Baby Mineral Stick 

Only the caps are recyclable at this time. 

How To Recycle Our Neon Sticks  

Small components can be difficult to recycle due to their small size. Rest assured our packaging is made using recyclable materials so we recommend you contact your local recycling center to determine if you are able to recycle curbside or drop them off at the recycle center.  

How To Recycle Our PET Bottles 

PET is highly recyclable! 

Step 1: Remove the cap and pump. Note! Although the pump is made of recyclable materials, this part is non-recyclable as it is unable to be disassembled. 

Step 2: Completely wash and rinse the inside and outside of the glass bottle. 

Step 3: Recycle at your local recycle center or repurpose the bottle!
