Selling Bare Republic

• Bare Republic resellers must have a valid resale certificate.
  
  

• Must have a BRICK AND MORTAR location and retail products on shelves. Please go to this form to place a bulk order (gifting business/corporate gifting/large group event). 
  
  

• OPENING ORDERS require a minimum purchase of $500.
  
  

• REORDERS requires a minimum purchase of $150. 
  
  

• QUANTITIES must be ordered in 3's. 
  
  

• RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, in the form of a credit toward the purchase, less shipping, and a 20% restocking fee. 
  
  

• NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES are accepted on expired or used/open products. 
  
  

• PAYMENT: Terms of payment accepted are check, credit card, and wire transfer. Net Terms on Corporate Approval, after established credit history. 
  
  

• CALIFORNIA RESELLERS: California businesses require a State Resale License Number.
